We’re an independent, award-winning creative agency.

We work with high-profile, global brands such as Chivas, Jameson, The Glenlivet, Absolut, Aspall, Miller, Sue Ryder, Nike, P&G and a bunch of others. 

We’re pretty good at what we do. In recent years we’ve won Campaign’s Global Integrated Agency of the Year, as well as being nominated for two Agency of The Year(s) including The Drum DADI Agency of the Year. We’ve also been shortlisted as Campaign Independent Agency of the Year and have been named Campaign Best Places to Work. 

There are about 40 of us, but that number grows all the time because we’re ambitious and do great work.

We’re 70% female with a 50/50 gender split on the Senior Team. We proudly have 100% pay parity, and it kind of annoys us that we even have to mention that as something unique within this industry.

We don’t like the ‘Old Guard’ of advertising. This is an agency that uses passion, ingenuity, and an anything-is-possible attitude to deliver work across all kinds of platforms. It’s one of the reasons why working here is a hell of a lot of fun. Everything’s to play for.

We gladly do things differently. We‘re super ambitious, honest and always deliver. Not surprisingly, this is a growing agency, so we’re looking for a Mid-Weight Creative who wants to be part of it and help drive that growth.

The role:

As a Conceptual Creative within the Creative Team, you will be an inspiring force for creative work across our shopper marketing client base, new business pitches and internal projects. 

This will include: 

  • Concepting creative ideas for BTL, shopper platforms, often inclusive of a central activation, promotional tactics, experiential, events, trade customer incentives
  • Concept development and art direction of campaigns across the full shopper journey in Off Trade, Ontrade and sometimes Global Travel Retail. 
  • Working with your creative lead, you will often create the concepts.
  • Visualising creative ideas and retail displays both with mood boards and detailed scamps.
  • Art Direction and oversight of 2D and 3D designers for retail spaces and display design.
  • Working with our Creative Lead, overseeing the rollout of toolkits across the creative and design team.
  • Being creatively flexible, you can pick up some copy or work closely with a copywriter as part of a team. 
  • Eager to understand your client’s brand, marketing strategies and industry.
  • Working closely with other teams such as Strategy and Design to develop ideas.

The type of people we want to meet:

You will have a hunger to create bold, award-winning ideas, create exceptional work for your clients and be part of our amazing team. More so than this, you will have a willingness to learn things outside your experience and pick up skills quickly. 

You will be excited by the potential for compelling and innovative shopper marketing and activations – and live and breathe great work. You will be energetic, fun to work with and always positive. 

Minimum 3-6  years experience working within a Creative role including retail eg Off Trade, On Trade and ideally (but not essential) Global Travel Retail.

You will:

  • Have knowledge of the FMCG marketing world, ideally with experience in drinks.
  • The ability to do good quality scamps for displays to brief the design team. 
  • Be confident with Keynote – and of course other creative tools. (Photoshop, etc.)
  • A breadth of creative knowledge with the ability to produce useful visual references and predict creative trends.
